🎉  Organically grew Treasure Truck’s social followers by 610% after 2.5 years | Won an increase in budget allocation, unlocked new business offerings and repeated clients  🎉   
MY ROLE:

As soon as I joined Treasure Truck, I revamped the brand's social strategy, prioritising Instagram as the key platform to drive brand awareness and customer interaction. I created templates for three content pillars to tell the brand's story in equal measure: 1) The brand offers 2) The team and 3) The brand's message.
I also trained the field staff to capture in-person customer interactions to diversify our content and boost engagement.

To push social in our brand partnership deal, I piloted a social competition format with a WWE Championship Title Belt Giveaway. This Instagram competition was a bolt-on for the WWE partnership campaign.

THE RESULTS:

‍The social giveaway pilot increased Treasure Truck’s Instagram follower base by 51%, from 1,200 to 2,500 followers. The post was the brand's most engaging since business launch, attracting 1.7K likes. This set the benchmark for later social activities, increasing the business’ confidence in social investment and unlocking social engagement as an additional revenue channel for brand partnership.

Over the years, the strategy change grew Treasure Truck’s social followers by 610%, winning an increase in budget allocation. We gained clients’ trust with our social presence and creative capacity, reducing creative review churn and increasing repeat business.
